碳足迹管理

 

为推展绿色服务、绿色制程,针对产品测试服务进行产品碳足迹盘查,依循ISO 14067验证标准由第三方单位盘查,确保盘查数据的可信度。

 

盘查包含鼎兴厂/开源厂/宝庆厂晶圆测试服务(Wafer Probing Service)及高升厂成品测试服务(Final Testing Service) 产品碳足迹。(证书请点我)

 

 

节能专案亮点

欣铨致力节能以因应气候变迁的冲击。2024 年执行87 项节能项目,如烤箱节能设定、空调设施汰换、持续更新节能灯具…等,节电共计6,288,238 度;22,635 千兆焦耳,减少3,006 公吨CO2 当量温室气体排放。

 

提升烤箱入炉利用率自己的电,自己省。

 

本项目聚焦于绿色制造,自主开发管理工具以改善制程效能,透过大数据分析追踪,制定优化方针,有效降低制程中形成的能源损耗,展现实质量化效益。

 

» 透过增加合并入炉,减少用炉数,提升入炉率,改善生产效能。
» 缩短人力备炉的次数与工时。
» 减少不必要的耗电与电费开支,降低碳足迹。

 

「相对于找设备厂商花钱改善机器,增设节电装置等,我们可以从现有管理措施的改善来省电。尤其烤箱属于是『批量运行』的生产机制,可以透过集中生产来达成节能目标。」

 

2024 年烤箱节能项目统计节电144 万度,减少碳排放量682 公吨CO2 当量。
