每年定期办理重大性主题（优先关注议题） 调查与讨论，审查各单位目标达成情形，以确保各项重大性议题落实及达成目标，并拟定未来方向。利害关系人可透过官网「联络我们」随时与本公司沟通关注主题以利本公司实时回应。 欣铨透过各种双向的管道与利害关系人定期或不定期互动与沟通关注主题，共同检视并回馈欣铨科技在落实永续发展的具体成果，沟通内容及实绩及建议事项每年呈送董事会报告及确认。
