Ardentec has established the Sustainable Development Practice Principles and Ethical Corporate Management Principles as the code of conduct. Any forms of corruption, extortion and misappropriation of business finance are strictly prohibited. In addition, we refuse to provide or accept any improper benefits, abide by fair trade, and do not participate in illegal market competition such as false advertisement. Ardentec also support customer CSR and ethical business conduct to show our commitment. According to the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, the management teams of headquarters and all subsidiaries and all employees are required to attend ethics and anti-corruption training.

 

Operation and implementation in 2022

 

  • Training: A total of 1,741 people participated in the integrity training- "ESG Update and Performance Management" and "ESG and RBA Code of Conduct", with a total of 1,741 hours.
  • Ensure the Ethical Corporate Management Principles: Except for the production line labor who are not required to participate in the purchase case, all other employees of the company have completed the declaration of conflict of interest, a total of 1,030 people.
    (100% of the number of applicants should declare; accounting for 59% of all employees)
  • All complaints and reporting channels (including dedicated line and grievance mailbox) have not been found to be related to Ethical Corporate Management.
