Ardentec is committed to promoting the "All Employee Sports Program," which includes dedicated exercise spaces and equipment within the factory premises, as well as sports courses led by professional trainers. The Company also subsidizes various clubs to foster employees' interests and collaborates with professional counselors, leisure fitness center facilities, and on-site medical offices to host diverse health promotion activities. These activities include group walking competitions, cycling tours, stress management, weight management, and smoking cessation classes. The Company actively cultivates a sports oriented and healthy workplace atmosphere. In 2023, the headquarters was honored with the "Sports Enterprise Certification" awarded by the Ministry of Education's Sports Administration. |

In 2024, a total of 235 participants donated 351 bags of blood. From 2013 to 2024, a cumulative total of 2,540 bags of blood were collected. |

In response to today's fast-paced lifestyle, the company also cares about employees' physical and mental tension caused by work. Therefore, professional instructors were invited to offer yoga and aerobic courses, creating a relaxed and enjoyable exercise environment aimed at relieving muscle and fascia tension, as well as easing both physical and mental stress.

Smart Health Station |
Starting in 2024, the headquarters has introduced smart health stations at each site. These stations allow employees to measure various health data, including blood pressure, grip strength, weight, visceral fat, body fat percentage, bone mass, BMI, heart rate, body age, muscle mass, and basal metabolic rate. This data is stored to enable employees to manage their health autonomously, track their health status, and identify any abnormalities at an early stage. In 2024, a total of 2,436 uses were recorded.

Tobacco Control |
Regularly review the smoking-free areas, signage, and related control regulations within the factory, conduct smoking cessation education, and share information on activities organized by the Hua Wen Smoking Cessation Foundation. This helps employees consciously protect their own health and that of others. In 2024, a total of 9 employees successfully quit smoking. The smoking rate among employees decreased from 12.67% in 2022 to 12% in 2024. |
