2025 Stellar Achievement

Energy Conservation Project

73 energy-saving projects were implemented in 2025, including oven energy efficiency
settings, optimization of high-temperature equipment operational processes, power-off energy savings for idle equipment, and process cooling water temperature control energy savings.
These initiatives resulted in 37,461 gigajoules of electricity savings and a reduction of 4,880 metric tons of CO2 equivalent in greenhouse gas emissions.

Health Promotion

Ardentec is committed to promoting the "All Employee Sports Program," which includes dedicated exercise spaces and equipment within the factory premises, as well as sports
courses led by professional trainers. The Company also subsidizes various clubs to foster employees' interests and collaborates with professional counselors, leisure fitness
center facilities, and on-site medical offices to host diverse health promotion activities. These activities include group walking competitions, cycling tours, stress management,
weight management, and smoking cessation classes. The Company actively cultivates a sports-oriented and healthy workplace atmosphere. In 2023, the headquarters was
honored with the "Sports Enterprise Certification" awarded by the Ministry of Education's Sports Administration.

Technical Expertise

Efforts are continuously directed toward the advancement of test process analysis systems and real-time monitoring systems for testing machines, thereby optimizing operational efficiency to meet the diverse needs and quality requirements of our clients.

Pollution Prevention

Water Conservation Management: In 2024, the Talent Site at the headquarters introduced new recycling and filtration systems for cooling water discharge, air conditioning, and air compressor condensate, enabling water to be recirculated and reused. In 2025, the headquarters' water recycling totaled 38,051 tons, accounting for 8.7% of total water withdrawal.

Industry and Academic Integration

Ardentec Corporation has been promoting industry-academia collaboration for over 13 years and has provided internship opportunities to a total of 367 students, firmly believing
that internships are the best way for students to gain practical experience and explore future career options. In 2025, a total of 61 internship placements were completed. The retention rate for corporate interns was 52%.

SBTi | RE100

- Ardentec obtained SBTi approval for its Near-term Target in April 2026.
- Ardentec joined the RE100 initiative on June 15, 2023, committing to use 100% renewable energy by 2050.

Since 2021, Ardentec has been procuring renewable electricity and renewable energy certificates. In 2025, the combined use of renewable electricity and renewable energy certificates totaled 36.74 million kWh, accounting for 16.1% of total electricity consumption and achieving the 10% target.
In 2025, Ardentec's headquarters and subsidiaries reduced 17,350 metric tons of CO₂ equivalent through the use of renewable electricity and renewable energy certificates, along with the purchase of 12,700 tons of carbon credits. As a result, Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions were reduced by 13.7% compared with the 2020 baseline year.
【SBTi】
Ardentec signed the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) commitment in July 2024, submitted its Near-term Target application in 2025, and officially obtained validation in April 2026, supporting the Paris Agreement goal of limiting global temperature rise to 1.5°C.
In 2025, the electricity-saving rate reached 4.4%, exceeding the 1.5% target. Ardentec implemented 73 energy-saving projects, resulting in energy savings of 37,461 gigajoules and a reduction of 4,880 metric tons of CO₂ equivalent in greenhouse gas emissions.
【CDP】
Since 2020, Ardentec has participated in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), disclosing information through the Climate Change and Water Security questionnaires.
In 2025, Ardentec's Climate Change score was upgraded to A for the first time, while its Water Security score remained at A-.
【1.5°C Climate Control Target Certification】
Ardentec's decarbonization pathway was evaluated through the Corporate Carbon Reduction Temperature Check launched by the CommonWealth Sustainability Committee. In 2025, Ardentec received the "1.5°C Climate Control Target Certification" for the third consecutive year.
