Ardentec participates in The Digital Innovation Youth Cultivation and Employment Program of Hsinchu
Ardentec has joined “The Digital Innovation Youth Cultivation and Employment Program of Hsinchu County” organized by the Hsinchu County Government. The aim is to create a youth training matching platform through collaboration among industry, government, and academic institutions, to expand internship recruitment channels and establish strong and diverse partnerships. Through the digital innovation training courses provided by Hsinchu County Government, students can enhance their interdisciplinary integration abilities. Coupled with the professional internships offered by Ardentec, this helps students understand the skills required in the workplace at an early stage, further implementing the concept of industry-academic integration. This program connects local universities such as National Taiwan University, National Tsing Hua University, National Chiao Tung University, and others in the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli areas. Ardentec has successfully matched five interns from National Tsing Hua University, Yuan Ze University, and Minth University of Science and Technology through this program, and at the end-of-internship presentation, through cross-departmental collaboration, reviewers and reporters gained a better understanding of the testing industry and the comprehensive nature of the Ardentec’s internship program. One student from National Tsing Hua University, Sherry Tsai, achieved the title of Outstanding Intern among 37 presenting students was intern in the Recruiting & Talent Developing department. With the trend of declining birth rates and an aging population, there is a high scarcity of young talent in Taiwan. Through the collaboration among industry, government, and academic institutions, we ensure that exceptional talents succeed in staying in Taiwan. |
