The Chinese Professional Management Association of Hsinchu (CPMAH) held the first Board meeting of its 15th term, along with the chairperson election, on December 17, electing Ardentec Vice Chairman and President Chi-Ming Chang as the Chairperson of the 15th Board of Directors. Under the witness of Founding Chairperson Ta-Hsien Lo, he officially assumed the role from the 14th-term Chairperson, Dun-Ren Jheng.
In addition to his upcoming role as Chairman of the CPMAH, Dr. Chang also serves as a Board Director of the Pan Wen Yuan Foundation, a Board Member of the Taiwan Semiconductor Industry Association (TSIA), and a Director of the ITRI Alumni Association. He has long contributed to the development of Taiwan’s semiconductor sector and is committed to upholding the Association’s core values of Professionalism, Innovation, Integrity, and Service, actively engaging with the industry, academia, and research communities to promote corporate innovation.
Dr. Chang’s new role as Chairman of CPMAH symbolizes the active engagement of senior executives in external professional organizations. Such participation not only reflects the leadership’s openness but also serves as a concrete demonstration of the company’s commitment to integrity and sustainable management. Moreover, Dr. Chang’s leadership within the Association will elevate Ardentec’s influence in shaping industry sustainability standards and trends. As international ESG frameworks and industry regulations continue to evolve rapidly, companies that take on guiding roles in cross‑industry platforms are better positioned to stay ahead of trends, drive sustainable initiatives, and help raise overall industry maturity in sustainability development.
The CPMAH has long engaged in social initiatives, including supporting disadvantaged groups, promoting educational resource sharing, nurturing talent, and fostering cross‑organizational public‑interest collaboration—efforts that closely align with Ardentec’s corporate social responsibility focus. Through enhanced dialogue and cooperation, Ardentec aims to further expand its contributions in supporting vulnerable communities, developing youth career opportunities, and deepening local engagement, strengthening the company’s overall positive social impact.
