Ardentec Successfully Concludes the 2025 Quality Improvement Drive with Global Team Collaboration
Ardentec has proudly established itself as a leader in delivering high-quality semiconductor testing services to customers around the globe. To further elevate our standards and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement, we have successfully hosted the annual Quality Control Circle (QCC) / Quality Improvement Team (QIT) Event Competition for over fifteen years. The 2025 competition underscores our commitment to systematic improvement, empowering employees with advanced problem-solving skills, and significantly enhancing our overall quality management effectiveness.
This year’s event was marked by enthusiastic participation not only from various departments within Ardentec but also from our overseas sites and subsidiaries, including Singapore, Nanjing (China) and Giga Solution—and further extended participation to Raytek. This turnout highlights our collective passion for quality enhancement and the joy found in sharing successful improvements.
The competition kicked off with an inspiring opening video created by the Quality System (QS) Department, showcasing the objectives of QCC activities, improvement methodologies, and successful real-world implementations. With diligent planning, meticulous organization, and unwavering follow-up, the QS Department ensures that these improvement initiatives are not just theoretical but translate into concrete, sustainable, and positive transformations.
In his opening address, President Dr. Chi-Ming Chang articulated a compelling vision: continuous improvement is a shared responsibility that thrives on collaboration across all departments and companies. He encouraged a future rich in cross-functional and cross-company projects, harnessing our diverse expertise and collaborative spirit to drive even greater competitiveness and organizational value.
Throughout the competition, QCC teams showcased projects that focused on process optimization, quality enhancement, efficiency improvement, and risk reduction. Their strong analytical skills and practical results truly set them apart. This event not only fortified the sharing of valuable experiences among Ardentec and its subsidiaries but also reaffirmed our core values of quality excellence and continuous improvement. We are excited to continue our journey towards achieving our sustainable development goals.
