Ardentec prioritizes innovation and R&D and implements intelligent property management systems

|
Ardentec first obtained TIPS Level A certification in 2020 and has consistently passed Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System for five consecutive years, demonstrating Ardentec's high regard for intellectual property and trade secrets. This not only showcases the company's professional intellectual property management capabilities but also effectively protects the confidential information of the company and key clients, enhancing international client trust and satisfaction, and ensuring consistency between intellectual property strategy, operational plans, and R&D direction.
TIPS adopts the same high-level management framework as ISO, enabling integration with existing enterprise management systems, avoiding duplication of work, and improving management efficiency. In today's enterprises, especially in the semiconductor industry, intellectual property has become a core element of key competitiveness. By implementing an intellectual property management system, companies can reduce operational risks and costs and establish a more robust defense for trade secret protection, including confidentiality regulations from employee employment to departure, and access control for electronic documents and storage devices, effectively reducing the possibility of confidentiality leaks. Furthermore, systematic record management, such as R&D logs and contract review records, not only provides strong evidence in case of disputes but also prevents unintentional infringement of others' rights. Through a comprehensive intellectual property management system, enterprises can more fully protect their innovative achievements and strengthen their long-term competitiveness.
Ardentec was invited to participate in the "2026 TIPS Certification and ESG Major Issues Review and Response Seminar" held by the Department of Industrial Development, Ministry of Economic Affairs, on February 3, 2026. In 2025, 76 enterprises passed the Taiwan Intellectual Property Protection Standard (TIPS) verification. The Deputy Director-General personally presented certificates to these enterprises, recognizing their ability to integrate operational strategies, establish intellectual property defense mechanisms, and protect innovative R&D. |
