Ardentec has been driving industry-academia collaboration for over 13 years, firmly believing that internships are the best pathway for students to accumulate practical experience and explore future career options. In 2025, the number of interns reached 61, achieving a retention rate of 52%. In addition to corporate internships, Ardentec also implements a Professional Talent Development Program, offering three types of scholarships and grants. Through a "pre-employment model applicable during their studies", students can connect with the workplace early. Upon graduation, a total of 32 interns successfully converted to full-time positions, and 5 graduate students participating in the program joined the Ardentec team.
To cultivate the next generation of semiconductor talent, Ardentec not only collaborated with Yuan Ze University to establish a Semiconductor Academy but has also launched semiconductor courses with Feng Chia University for two consecutive years, bringing practical technologies directly onto campus. Meanwhile, the company continues to organize campus lectures and corporate visits, reaching a total of 435 participants in 2025 and actively deepening industry-academia exchanges.
Building on this long-term dedication to campus engagement, the Post-EMBA program at Feng Chia University hosted the "Boguan Lecture Series”. Chi-Ming Chang, Vice Chairman and President of Ardentec, was invited on November 22, 2025, to share "The Uphill Journey of Ardentec's Entrepreneurship." Using a relaxed storytelling approach, he began with the motivation behind the startup and the establishment of core systems. He further analyzed strategies for entering the semiconductor manufacturing supply chain and building customer trust. Emphasizing Ardentec's people-oriented approach to implementing RBA and ESG principles, he dissected the challenges of the entrepreneurial process and provided an outlook on future industry changes, inspiring students to reflect on innovation and sustainability. |
