Ardentec has long been committed to nurturing young talent and advancing industry–academia collaboration as part of its talent sustainability strategy. Through a close and long-standing partnership with Yuan Ze University, Ardentec has continuously invested in talent development by integrating industry expertise, practical learning opportunities, and comprehensive talent cultivation programs. Since jointly establishing the Semiconductor Academy in 2022, Ardentec and Yuan Ze University have worked hand in hand to build a collaborative platform that bridges academia and industry, equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving semiconductor sector.
On June 6, Yuan Ze University held its 2026 Commencement Ceremony, where Ardentec Group Chairman Dr. Lu Chih-Yuan was invited as a distinguished guest speaker to share his career experiences and industry insights with more than 2,000 graduates. His remarks offered inspiration and encouragement to students as they prepare to embark on the next chapter of their lives. Drawing from his own professional journey, Chairman Lu reminded graduates that there is no single blueprint for success. Whether pursuing a career, continuing their education, seeking opportunities abroad, or launching entrepreneurial ventures, he encouraged students to begin by understanding themselves, discovering what they are truly passionate about, and transforming that passion into a lifelong purpose. Reflecting on the remarkable growth of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry, Chairman Lu also shared how Taiwan has evolved from a resource-constrained environment into an indispensable part of the global supply chain. He emphasized that this achievement has been built upon continuous innovation, accumulated expertise, and unwavering resilience in the face of challenges. He further encouraged the younger generation to adopt a long-term perspective when planning their futures, maintain a passion for lifelong learning, and embrace a positive mindset to continuously create value amid an increasingly uncertain world.
