In 2021, Ardentec established a E-Learning Center, and in 2022, it began to gradually digitalize internal training across departments. By implementing a paperless policy, Ardentec replaced traditional paper-based assessments with online tests, reducing paper waste and lowering its carbon footprint, which embodies the core principles of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). In 2024, the first “Golden Ardentec Award " was held. The character "Xin" in the award symbolizes the instructors who guide learners like stars in the night. The event aims to promote continuous growth among instructors through training and public recognition in a collaborative atmosphere.
