Leadership Transition: Ardentec Welcomes New Chief Sustainability Officer

In August 2025, Ardentec marks a new milestone in its sustainability journey with the appointment of Mr. FuWang Hsu as our new Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO). Mr. Hsu succeeds Vice President C.C. Rou, who has led our group’s sustainability efforts since mid-2023.

Over the years, Ardentec has steadily built a solid foundation for ESG management—beginning with our first GHG inventory in 2012 and the formation of the CSR Committee, which evolved into the ESG Sustainability Operation Committee in 2021 under the leadership of our General Manager.

During Mr. Rou’s tenure, Ardentec achieved several key milestones:
• Recognized in the top 5% of Taiwan’s corporate governance evaluations for eight consecutive years
• Expanded green power adoption across both local and overseas sites
• Became the first company in Taiwan’s semiconductor testing sector to join RE100, committing to 100% renewable energy by 2050
• Signed the commitment letter to SBTi and published our second TCFD report to strengthen climate resilience and ESG supply chain management

Internally, we also launched the “ESG Award” and upgraded our digital learning platform to strengthen sustainability awareness across teams. Initiatives supporting international employees and fostering diversity and inclusion have further reinforced our commitment to people-centered sustainable growth.

As Mr. Hsu takes on the CSO role, he will lead Ardentec into the next phase—deepening our global ESG strategies, increasing stakeholder engagement, and further advancing transparency and climate action.
Let’s continue working together to shape a more sustainable future—for Ardentec, our communities, and generations to come.
