Ardentec Corporation Hosts First ESG Award Ceremony to Celebrate Outstanding Sustainability Proposal
In 2024, Ardentec Corporation launched 1st ESG Award to encourage employees to actively participate in sustainability initiatives, strengthen our sense of sustainability identity, and align with clients’ ESG principles. The inaugural ESG Award ceremony took place on the afternoon of November 20 at the Lakeshore Hotel in Hsinchu. President Chi-Ming Chang delivered an opening speech and personally presented the awards, commending employees for their innovative ideas and outstanding projects. The ESG Award is Ardentec’s signature sustainability event, fully showcasing the company’s commitment to executing its sustainability initiatives. The ceremony honored the top three winners/teams in two categories: the "Cool Idea Award" and the "Excellence Impact Award." Ardentec values every team member as an indispensable part of its success, and the organizers crafted personalized trophies for each participant. In addition to receiving their awards personally from the President, winners seized the rare opportunity to take cheerful selfies with him, creating a lively and heartwarming atmosphere. |
In addition to senior executives, the event also welcomed winners’ family members and friends to join the celebratory luncheon, sharing in the joy of their achievements. President Chang emphasized that amidst the busy work schedule, the ESG Award ceremony provided a rare and meaningful opportunity for employees to connect. He also encouraged broader participation in future editions. The ceremony concluded with an announcement that the 2nd ESG Award will expand its scope to encourage broader participation, highlighting Ardentec's dynamic commitment to ESG initiatives. From joining the RE100 initiative in 2023 to committing to the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) this year, Ardentec continues to drive and nurture a sustainability culture internally.
