Ardentec has officially published its 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting the Company’s continued progress in environmental sustainability, corporate governance, and social inclusion. Amid geopolitical uncertainty, supply chain challenges, and climate change, Ardentec continues to turn its ESG commitments into action and strengthen long-term corporate resilience.
Four Key Highlights from the Report Enhanced External Assurance: Strengthening Transparency and Accountability For the first time in 2025, Ardentec enhanced its external assurance to a dual-assurance approach, adopting AA1000 Type 2 Moderate Assurance and ISAE 3000 Limited Assurance. This strengthened assurance process applies rigorous international standards to enhance the reliability and transparency of sustainability information, demonstrating Ardentec’s commitment to accountability to its stakeholders.
Green Operations: Longevity (L-site) Facility Earns Triple Gold Recognition Ardentec’s newly operational L-site facility has received LEED Gold, EEWH Gold, and the Gold Award of the Taiwan Sustainable Architecture Awards (TwSAA). Company-wide renewable energy usage reached 16.1%, while greenhouse gas emissions decreased 13.7% from the base year. In 2025, Ardentec also achieved its first CDP Climate Change A rating and received SBTi approval for its near-term targets, further advancing science-based climate action.
Excellence in Governance: Top 5% for Nine Consecutive Years Ardentec was recognized among the top 5% of OTC-listed companies in Taiwan’s Corporate Governance Evaluation for the ninth consecutive year, reflecting its commitment to sound management, integrity, and transparency. Going beyond regulatory requirements, Ardentec has proactively initiated planning for the adoption of the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, further aligning our sustainability governance practices with international standards.
Inclusive Workplace: Advancing Diversity and Employee Well-being Ardentec continues to promote a diverse, equitable, and supportive workplace through talent development, employee health initiatives, and industry-academia collaboration. The Company received the Group Health Guardianship Award from Taiwan’s Ministry of Health and Welfare. Ardentec and its subsidiaries also achieved a perfect 200-point score ( Platinum-level) recognition in RBA VAP external audits, demonstrating strong commitment to human rights and business ethics.
