In response to employees' accommodation needs and employees' expectations for housing quality, HR & Services Div. actively proposed to renovate and improve the dormitories in a way that is in line with the company's sustainable development strategy, can achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction, and is close to the needs of employees’ project. The company has been discussing dormitory renovations with landlords since the end of 2023, and has also expanded the scope of renovations to include additional rooms for rent. The project has been launched in early 2024, with a total of 48 dormitories under full construction.
The renovation of the dormitory includes a comprehensive update of the decoration, the selection of household appliances with environmental protection or energy-saving labels, and the replacement of old style furniture. The landlord also cooperates with the upgrade of the dormitory fire protection system. The renovation project of the dormitory was completed in July 2024. The renovated rooms are not only brighter and more comfortable than before, but the arrangements of necessary furniture and electrical appliances are also closer to the needs and safety of use, ensuring that let colleagues truly feel the warmth of "home".
While improving the quality of living, Ardentec also provides relatively favorable rents, allowing colleagues to enjoy relatively good living quality with a small budget.
