Dr. Chi-Ming Chang, Vice Chairman and President of Ardentec Corporation, has been honored with the prestigious "National Outstanding General Manager" award, presented by the Chinese Professional Management Association. Dr. Chi-Ming Chang joined the national "Submicron Process Technology Development Project" in 1990, serving as the project leader of the manufacturing engineering sub-project and deputy director of the semiconductor manufacturing engineering group. In 1999, he co-founded Ardentec Corporation, where he has been dedicated to refining manufacturing engineering systems and smart manufacturing. By proactively embracing Industry 4.0 and Smart Test with AI in production, he has successfully attracted leading global automotive electronics and security chip manufacturers as key clients. Since 2006, Ardentec has established multiple overseas operations and expanded its Taiwan facilities, creating a strategic presence in Asia that sets it apart from competitors.
