The Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) was established in 2004 and was renamed the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) in October 2017. In addition to RBA members, thousands of first-tier suppliers that are members must also implement the RBA Code of Conduct. Ardentec places great importance on and actively promotes the principles of the Responsible Business Alliance, striving for continuous improvement to achieve 100% compliance across all areas, including labor, health and safety, environment, ethics, supply chain management, and management systems. Since 2018, Ardentec has undergone external audits to assess compliance with RBA VAP standards, maintaining high standards to review internal implementation, and has achieved a platinum status-score of 200 in every audit. In 2024, Ardentec headquarters five factories was undergo audits by the external third-party organization TÜV Rheinland, with the goal of achieving a platinum status score of 200 in 2025. In addition to the compliance checks mentioned above, labor interviews will be conducted with both local and foreign direct employees (DL) to ensure that workers are aware of the relevant standards and can protect their rights when necessary. The Responsible Business Alliance Validated Assessment Program (RBA VAP) not only allows companies to conduct a biannual compliance review through external forces but also helps identify areas for strengthening or optimization with each audit. Ardentec values RBA VAP and has extended it to the subsidiaries, currently covering the overseas subsidiary in Singapore, subsidiary in Nanjing, and subsidiary in Taiwan (Giga Solution), enabling them to utilize this framework for comprehensive management and ensuring that the entire group's development is increasingly aligned. |
