A Day in Ardentec” Company Visit Welcomes Employees’ Children and Relatives
To foster meaningful connections between families and the workplace, Ardentec hosted its first-ever “A Day in Ardentec” company visit this summer (2025), inviting employees’ college-aged children and relatives to step into the workplace and experience Ardentec’s corporate culture and environment. The event was themed “Landing on Ardentec”, with visiting students imagined as astronauts embarking on a mission to explore the real-world workplace. Through a series of engaging activities—including Ardentec’s 25-year growth journey, office and production line tours, probe card introduction, bunny suit try-on experience, DISC assessments, and job function introductions—participants began to explore potential career paths for their future. Ardentec hopes that through this initiative, young visitors can personally experience their family members’ work environment, better understand how the workplace operates, and create meaningful moments of family connection. At the same time, the event offers the younger generation a chance to envision and engage with their future careers, leaving them with lasting memories. At the end of the day, astronauts shared that they had gained valuable insights—not only into Ardentec as a company, but also into the care and importance Ardentec places on employees and their families. Moving forward, we will continue to promote similar activities to build a workplace culture that is warm, connected, and inclusive. |
