【AI for Everyone, Talent for Tomorrow】Ardentec's AI Transformation Journey: From Seed to Implementat
To embrace the AI wave and deepen its digital capabilities, Ardentec launched six "AI Workshops" from September 2025 to February 2026. Through a top-down, two-phase approach, the initiative aimed to popularize fundamental AI concepts and establish a common AI language within the organization. The first phase focused on internal enablement. In September, departments shared their AI application results, using real-world cases to ignite a transformation mindset. Starting in November, core AI awareness training was extended to managers at the department level and above. In December, an AI management thinking and hands-on tools course was offered to senior management at the division level and above, progressively building leadership's AI decision-making capabilities. The second phase deepened practical application, with management selecting 36 cross-departmental elites to form an "AI Seed Team" for advanced training. The curriculum evolved from "concept building" to "hands-on practice," systematically guiding participants to grasp AI's knowledge framework and application scenarios, ensuring they not only understand the nature of AI but can also effectively apply it in real work contexts. |
Through cross-departmental collaboration and case studies, seed team members demonstrated outstanding innovative thinking. At the results presentation on February 5, 2026, they proposed concrete solutions addressing key business pain points with anticipated benefits, fully demonstrating that AI adoption has moved from vision to action. This successful practice highlights the potential and value of AI applications at Ardentec, and marks an important milestone in the company's AI adoption and talent development journey.
